Hi guys!
Sorry for the delay!

Download PGN of April '07 Dragon Sicilian games

In the April 2007 update I have for you:

Mohan - Gahir: Instructive goings on in the Yugoslav Attack 9 0-0-0 without Kb1 or is it 9 g4 without g4? 'How can that be?' I hear you ask. Well all is revealed!

Bae - Djurhuus: Is the Dragon just a draw? A new concept in the 9 0-0-0 Yugoslav Attack with the solid Nd5 is uncovered:

This is the first time on this site that we have seen White take the most direct route but it will no doubt prove to be serious food for thought.

Willumson - Lilja: An experiment just for this site. Can someone be taught the Chinese variation in just a few minutes and then hope to succeed?

Read on and find out!

Lahno - Vallejo Pons: Where would we be without the Sicilian Najdorf?

In the Dragadorf of course, after 6...g6! Or the Accelerated Dragadorf to be precise as far as this game is concerned, and an interesting new trend amongst 5...a6 players.

Benjamin - Jones: A puzzling encounter in the 6 Bc4 Dragon. Black seemed under pressure for most of the game but then, just like that... Well I won't give the game away!

Bologan - Bouchet: Further investigations in the Bc4 Accelerated Dragon ...a5-a4 variation:

I'll be back with you in a few days with the May update.

Regards, Chris
