What's New in May 2004

Hi guys! Thanks for all the e-mails that come my way. To prove that I do read them, yes I am currently working on a King's Indian Samisch book. Thanks for the interest but although I can't say yet exactly when it will be completed, I think it will be on sale before Christmas.

Chris

Anyway back to the Dragon and to start with an interesting submission:

Fritz - Iglesias: Adding further analysis to WWTD2 and this site, even more bite to the 14...b5 pawn sac:

Feygin - Fedorov: Prompted by an interesting question from a subscriber, our intention is brought to a ...Na5 or ...Ne5 debate:

Definitely worth taking a look at.

Luong Huyen Ngoc-Said Pour: Why do some Dragon players still play like this and why do I always get such tricky names?

Black's next loses two tempi!

Novita - Mamedov: Kind of the 'knights tour' variation of the 9 Bc4 Yugoslav Attack:

, and success for Black!

Moreno Carnero-Dimitrijevic: I might be tempted by Smith-Jones encounters in the future if I could find any as entertaining as this. An action packed blitz game well worth viewing.

Is Black aiming at that c3-knight?!

I'll be back again real soon.
