Hi guys (and girls)!
Six wicked games for you this month or alternatively five and a piece of fluff depending on which way you look at things! Either way some interesting new ideas and some Dragon stars in action.

Download PGN of November '06 Dragon Sicilian games

We have:

Kutuzovic - Georgiev:: A classy display by a leading Dragon expert in the 'Dragadorf':

Watch those pieces flow!

Bozanic - Sambolec: Confusion and amusement in the 9 g4 Yugoslav.

But is all as it seems?

Eggleston - Ward: Is 9 0-0-0 d5 just a draw. Well with 12...Nxc3 it looks that way to me:

but that's not much good if you are trying to win!

Astengo - Tiviakov: It always seems to me that Sergei can do whatever he wants in the Dragon. Here he delays castling in a Yugoslav Attack and his (slow!?) ...a6 and ...b5 plan:

easily seems to win the day.

Loncar - Armanda: White employs a dodgy Yugoslav Attack move order, castles kingside:

and in my opinion gets his just desserts!

Heslin - Gahir: 'Anti-Sicilian Dragon' (well sort of) annotations within an untrendy 6 Bg5 lower level encounter:

Basically what to some may be interesting fluff!
